The Teddy Backpack is a Multi-Functional Insulated Diaper Bag with lots of room for baby gear with plenty of pockets to allow room for Mom’s stuff too!

 Features a wide-open framed top for easy packing and allows easy access to everything inside with a zipper top to keep everything secure.  Pockets a plenty to keep baby stuff organized along with room for your phone, keys and other essentials.

 The Exterior Features:

·         A fully insulated gusseted zipper pocket with 3 insulated bottle pockets for baby bottles or water bottles, and room to hold a few more items you want to keep cold or warm.

·         A front zipper pocket to keep your phone or keys secure.

·         Two open side pockets deep enough for a water bottle or to keep your phone handy for easy access.

·         Large vertical back zipper pocket to keep a changing pad or tech stuff.

·         Easy to grab top handles and adjustable padded backpack straps.

The Interior Features:

·         A large zippered pocket.

·         4 open pockets that can be made to be elasticized pockets or slip pockets to hold diapers wipes, baby clothes, and more.

·         Two side pockets for additional storage.

NOTE ON SHIPPING  – I do not have control over shipping times and lost packages. If you would like shipping insurance on your purchase to cover a lost or mis-delivered package, please upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. Items shipped without insurance will not be replaced. If you believe your package has been lost or mis-delivered, please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number you received upon shipment.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
Construction Failures are the fault of the maker and are therefore covered repairs, but wear and tear issues are not covered repairs. Examples of construction failures include, but are not limited to, zipper teeth failures, seams unraveling, and popping rivets. Construction failures do NOT include abrasions, tears not on a seam, stains, or zipper pull failures, as these are signs of use and not the fault of the maker.

If you encounter a construction failure more than 45 days after receipt or through normal usage, please contact me to see if it still might be repairable for a small fee. The sooner you contact me, the more likely it is that I have that fabric available for a repair.

My greatest desire is that this bag becomes a treasured piece of your wardrobe that you proudly carry for many years to come.

RETURN POLICY

Generally, we do not accept returns because most of our items are custom made to your specifications, and we check in with you about all design and production details to gain agreement before we create your item. 

For ready to ship items, we will fix any problems due to workmanship for up to 45 days after you have received your item. After that time, we may accept the item for repair or replacement at our discretion. There will be no repairs made to any item after 180 days from receipt of item. 

If the item cannot be fixed, we may replace it, or refund all or a portion of your payment at our discretion. If the item needs repair due to our error in workmanship, we will cover shipping to and from the customer. If we choose to repair an item after 45 days, the customer covers shipping to and from us.
