Oxbow Overnighter - Top-zip tote bag meant to carry your overnight essentials. One exterior slip pocket and one interior slip pocket. Approximate finished size is 18" wide x 16" tall x 4.5" deep. This bag features a fun Skull Lace exterior fabric accented with purple cork pocket and silver colored straps with gunmetal hardware. Includes a crossbody strap in addition to carrying handles.

Tribbiani Traveler (M) - top-zip tote bag with a classic clean exterior and one interior zip pocket. Approximate finished size is 17" wide x 14" tall x 10" deep. This bag features a matte vinyl Purple Geo Hexy exterior fabric accented with purple colored straps and gold hardware. Includes a crossbody strap in addition to carrying handles.

NOTE ON SHIPPING  – I do not have control over shipping times and lost packages. If you would like shipping insurance on your purchase to cover a lost or mis-delivered package, please upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. Items shipped without insurance will not be replaced. If you believe your package has been lost or mis-delivered, please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number you received upon shipment.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
Construction Failures are the fault of the maker and are therefore covered repairs, but wear and tear issues are not covered repairs. 

Examples of construction failures include, but are not limited to, zipper teeth failures, seams unraveling, and popping rivets.

Construction failures do NOT include abrasions, tears not on a seam, stains, or zipper pull failures, as these are signs of use and not the fault of the maker.

If you encounter a construction failure more than 45 days after receipt or through normal usage, please contact me to see if it still might be repairable for a small fee. The sooner you contact me, the more likely it is that I have that fabric available for a repair.

My greatest desire is that this bag becomes a treasured piece of your wardrobe that you proudly carry for many years to come.

RETURN POLICY

Generally, we do not accept returns because most of our items are custom made to your specifications, and we check in with you about all design and production details to gain agreement before we create your item. 

For ready to ship items, we will fix any problems due to workmanship for up to 45 days after you have received your item. After that time, we may accept the item for repair or replacement at our discretion. There will be no repairs made to any item after 180 days from receipt of item. 

If the item cannot be fixed, we may replace it, or refund all or a portion of your payment at our discretion. If the item needs repair due to our error in workmanship, we will cover shipping to and from the customer. If we choose to repair an item after 45 days, the customer covers shipping to and from us.

For custom orders, no cancellations.  We make each of these items specifically for you, and the work involved starts soon after your purchase with the acquisition of fabrics & supplies needed for your order. If your situation has changed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reach a reasonable compromise.
